Wiping All Data means it will delete all the user data such as TV channels, the various settings of apps stored in the memory. It will not touch any apps whether side loaded or otherwise.

Restore System means it will delete all the user data and also all apps not native to the system. In other words, all sideloaded app will also be deleted. There is a different between the factory reset and Restore System in that factory reset simply reset the system to the last loaded system whereas in Restore System, one has an additional option to select either the last loaded system or the previous system that was replaced earlier; meaning one can option for system 1 (last loaded) or system 2 (previous replaced system).
Ok, i have tried the Restore System option on MiTV4 65".

The result is that there is no option to select system 1 or system 2. Only the previous replaced system (firmware) is restored.

So now I'm back to my original factory firmware. Now my Aerial TV app is working again and I can watch Free-to-Air tv program using my Mygica PT360 DVB-T2 USB stick.

So I'll not upgrade my miTV4 65" firmware to the newer x.x.58 version as it breaks my Aerial TV app.

I just bought the 4A 65". Seems like there is no AV out to my karaoke Amp. Are there any solutions?

just yst, my 2 yrs old mitv2 49" suddenly had a loud pop sound n powered off. Unable to power on anymore... n no light signal as well (usually auto on with lights at the bottom sensor when plugged into power)

any advice?
quite a pity as this TV was of very low usage (~1-2 times/wk)

I see that some of the members bought their mitv directly from taobao. May I have the link of the shop that can deliver to Singapore? I checked with a few, but they can't seem to do it.

All taobao sellers don't ship to singapore. We have to use official or third party forwarders.

Thank you for your reply. Any official or third party forwarders to recommend?
