TV4 is the latest although some said they are coming out with TV5. This new TV5 will have an android as well as patchwall OS. Should be available in 2019. This is quite the same as TV4 Pro available only in India and Indonesia of size 55" and less, Among the TV4 series, only the original TV4 (without suffice) has better specification. Here is some comparisons https://tinyurl.com/y9f2gvuc

There are many sources but only from the Web. Q010, Lazada, Carousel, Shopee.. think they are probably just the same suppliers, posting in various web portals.
Thanks for reply. Coz I can't find MI TV 4.. Only got 4A,4S,4C etc.. Suddenly got V4 model.. Is V4 latest of all?

4 was the first after that they introduced 4A,4S,4C so by timeline v4 is older but has better specs and is more expensive than the others.

There is no V4 but TV4. The latest is 4X. If you want to wait TV5 which has androd OS that has google assitance and multi-language settings. If it is the same as TV4 Pro, it will still not able to play the Youtube 4K as they does not have VP9 decoder

Take a peek at the New Xiaomi TV5 which was rumoured to be launched in March 2019. It has a new OS containing interchangeable Android TV and Patchwall operating system

Thank for the tip, took a plunge on the JY Karaoke soundbar with JY active speaker and 2 mics, hope it sound well. Initially wanted to get xiaomi budget soundbar but it does not have remote control and you can only change the volume on the soundbar button itself.

One cannot compare a $100/= soundbar to a $500/= expensive sound bar but the review on it is not bad. xiaomi soundbar can also connect to a bluetooth subwoofer. JY soundbar has many different model. I have the cheaper JY9 although it is like xiaomi soundbar, sound also not as good but usable. I have to use an active subwoofer as the woofer output from JY9 is not strong to drive passive subwoofer.

Hi all

Can I check if the xiaomi TV can watch local channels by connecting the USB digital TV antenna to the TV? Or we need to use app or setup box to watch local channels?

Many thanks

you can try Cloud TV except the channel is not as reliable. Sometimes it said toggle is not available.. about 95% of time ok. If one subcribe to them, there is only lags in some overseas channels.

There are MiBox people who use Android Phone's micro USB DVB T2 TV stick and convert it to USB by using a micro to USB converter. As MiBox has the same spec as Android TV, there should be no trouble using it. Just not too sure how one could select to play the USB DVB T2 device on MiTV. May be through an Apps. Good to check with the supplier

If you don't mind old series & low resolution HK drama, can try Adrama

https://www.mediafire.com/file/3r659...-free.apk/file

Scanned without viruses. ignore the warning about errors flashed on the screen

Does anyone have problem connecting their Bluetooth devices (exclude the remote control) with mitv after upgrading to the latest patchwall?
