Let's focus on mate 20 X here.

Who is going jb to buy?

salmontuna 29-10-2018 09:40 AM

I wish our local telcos will bring it in...
I want the screen from Mate 20 and the camera from the Pro variant.... dammit.

shenzhou 29-10-2018 10:16 AM

As long as brought in by Malaysia Huawei, its good enough.

But its a phone will have to try to hold in the hand first to see whether one can be comfortable with before buying as it is quite big.

The Mate 20 is 177mm wide while the X is 185mm. After adding casing and all, doubtful can be operated by one hand unless you have big hands.

Also there is the question of the weight. It is over 230 gm whileas the Mate Pro only about 187 gm.

I Ďm curious to find out....

If and supposing Huawei Sípore decided to bring in and decides to charge at S$1,889/- will you all still buy?

shenzhou 29-10-2018 10:58 AM

No lah, it is sold in China, most customers who like big screen are in China!

Malaysia price for X is RM$3,199/- and its RRP so your question doesnt arise.

China price is about the same.

Huawei very funny. Bringing in Mate 20 RS which hardly anyone will buy but not bringing in Mate 20 X which a lot of people are interested in.

So far only heard about Malaysia and Thailand. Where to find the official countries?

coolant 29-10-2018 05:41 PM

Mate 20 X' rigid oled made by Samsung, while mate 20 pro's flexible oled made by home grown BOE
