[Advice Needed] Considering change of ISP & AX Router

Hi all, need some advice from the Gurus here

currently moving back to my parents place to stay for 3yrs, before my new property is ready. Poor wifi M1 speed in 2rooms & kitchen using AC66(~50-80mbps)

Option 1 : continue with M1 $29.90/mth plan, and wait for Asus AX86
Option 2 : Upgrade to Myrepublic with referral for AX11000 $57.59/mth

But if go for option 2, will need to pay shifting fee, after I move out,
and switching cost to back M1 for my parents (with min wifi requiremen)

Option 1 cost: $1.1k for 2 years
Option 2 cost: $1.43k for 2 years

Hope to hear some advice to achieve better wifi speed with min cost if possible

Requirement:
2 mobile streaming youtub, 2 mobile normal surfing, 1 device android TV
Good wifi signal from router (red), to 2 rooms (yellow & purple), and kitchen (brown)

If you have ethernet points in any other rooms you can just get cheap routers like AC1200G+/AC2600 etc from carousell and solve the issue

Based on the location (red box), it would seem like it is quite a centralised location. It is possible that a better wireless router could just be required. I would just go for option 1 first. If there are still blindspots, get another asus wireless router (with aimesh) to expand the coverage.
