I recently bought a new wifi adapter for my com. (TP-Link - Wireless N USB Adapter - TL-WN823N) installation was smooth and I had no issues with my connection for a couple of days.
2 days ago I was unable to connect to my wifi. I can detect my home network but cannot connect to it. All other devices (handphone etc) are able to connect to the wifi without any issues.
Here's my troubleshooting process.
1) Reset com - didnt work.
2) Reset router - didnt work
3) Reinstall drivers using CD - didnt work
4) Unplugged new adapter and used my old adapter - able to connect to wifi, no issues at all
5) Updated drivers from website
6) Unplugged old adapter and plugged in new adapter - still unable to connect
7) Used my phone as a hotspot - new adapter able to connect to hotspot, no issues at all.
8) Tried connecting to wifi - didnt work
Any one has any idea what could be wrong? Thanks in advance!
