so the only way is either they change back ONT or the ONR must be set to bridge mode?

Likely won’t change back ONT. they will not set to bridge mode on the ONR.

poor wifi coverage in home

Hi all, just bought a AC5300 because my previous router was not able to cover my home. However the coverage is still very lacking compared to the 450$ i paid for this router. Any recommendations for which settings i should change?
