does the asus link agg works for dual 1Gbps link or only 2gbps link
Dual 1Gbps aggregation if your NAS supports it.

ASUSTor/Synology/QNAP NAS are fully supported.

Do not be confused with those 2Gbps Fiber Internet Plan (especially VQ 2Gbps to one PC) that requires 2x WAN/LAN configurable but ASUS might have those 2WAN 1Gbps router coming

Coming soon

Expect the RT-AC88U and RT-AC3100 to ship really soon now in the US. The RT-AC5300 will take a little longer.

Cannot wait for this to be launched in SG. Any tentative dates?

Going to replace the troublesome 87u with this. Hopefully solves all the problems with my iDevices. As a plus point, Merlin already has a firmware for it!

You are able to pair the ASUS RT-AC88U with your current ASUS RT-AC87U but you are not able to push further with the MCS11 BCM NitroQAM/1024QAM.

Results will be the same like 2x ASUS RT-AC87U in media bridging.

Better than before media bridging with BCM NitroQAM.

Media bridging allows up to MCS11 (NitroQAM/1024QAM) for better than before high speed WiFi connectivity.

So tempting. If only there is a trade in program for AC87U.
