Go to LAN, switch control. Choose NAT acceleration to auto / CTF+FA. Then disable spanning tree. After that try speed test again.
Where to disable the spanning tree?

I can't remember if spanning tree was an option in previous stock firmware, but i do know that spanning tree is not available in stock 4608 firmware.

I last saw it on merlin's 378.51 asuswrt-RMerlin.

The NAT Acceleration is now changed to either Auto or Disable.

The FA is not working properly if the bridge have stp enable. I believe new firmware will have the option to disable STP. If someone using stock firmware can u telnet to the router and run 'brctl show' command?

Latest beta changes from Asus,

#ifdef RTCONFIG_RGMII_BCM_FA
if (nvram_get_int("lan_stp") == 1){
nvram_set_int("ctf_fa_mode", CTF_FA_DISABLED);
logmessage("CTF", "STP enabled, disable FA");
}
if (nvram_get_int("sw_mode") != SW_MODE_ROUTER) {
nvram_set_int("ctf_fa_mode", CTF_FA_DISABLED);
logmessage("CTF", "Not router mode, disable FA");
}
