i highly doubt that u will still get promo price even after u recontact or dun re-contract. they will still force u to pay as per normal price. (unless its stated in their Tnc that u will be able to retain such price.

Have to see their TnC when doing the migration if they made any statements on it, because I doubt they will still offer the promo price of $29.90 for 300Mbps or $39.90 for 1Gbps after the 24 months but hope they will likr what they do for our ADSL plans now.

yeah... all we can do is hope... any by 2 years time, my new bto is nearly up... so probably re-subscribe then....

so if choose upgrade, they must likely have to activate my FTP port 2.... anyone knows if NLT can verify and activate on their end or they have set appointment to come down to the house? trying to minimise too many visits.... unlike adsl... buy, deliver, plug and play... chop chop....

this one, u have to ask the isp to help u check with the NLT so that they can set those appointment for u. but bear in mind that they(NLT) might postpone or delay slight.

So If I subscribe to the 300Mbps @ $29.90 per month, after the 24th month the price will still stay at $29.90? If it is, then it's all good~🤗

Ya lor.. It won't change even after 2 years even if u r on promo pricing. But hor, if lets say you are on those kind of 10% off monthly subscription for 2 years kind of privilege, then I don't think it will extend beyond 2 years..

Yeah, Singtel TnC got mentioned that if switch from ADSL to the 1Gbps Fibre, the promo price of $39.90 will end after the 24 months contract as they are actually giving a $20 monthly bill rebate during the 24 months.

Which means after the 24th month, the monthly price will revert back to $59.90 if using the 1Gbps plan~

You posted that the $20 rebate will be removed after 2 years, that means the 300Mbps may become $39.90 ($10 rebate) or even $49.90 out of contract leh?

The TnC only state that the $20 rebate is for 1Gbps, no info about if there's any rebate given for 300Mbps @ $29.90 ..
Need more verification with Singtel haha

to Singtel account:

so if I take the 1Gbps fibre plan with current $20 monthly rebate off $59.90 at $39.90, after 24mths, I will still continue to pay this same price $39.90 not $59.90?

See the T&C posted a few messages before.

After 24 months, the rebate will be removed and the price will be reverted back to $59.90/mth.
