Ya lor.. maybe I should do that. Meanwhile I just enjoy my cable tv first

Who knows next time M1 will implement fibre TV. Lol
I think M1 do have this Apple TV > M1 Add-ons

Since you already on M1 and then you can query them on this, meanwhile.

I just recontract to get the velop router so can’t sign up for this.

I have thought of Apple TV but I scared later Apple will refresh their current Apple TV.

Hopefully they will refresh in June this year during WWDC. The current one is released in June 2017.

Enjoy your cable tv now first and wait to see what happen next.

In fact my previous contract was Free Fibre TV subscription and paid for Fibre Broadband pricing.
I recontract only when it is expired and have no other choice or option.
Actually their promotion is so so only. After sometime do not feel like watching TV.

You don't mind spending since you have both Singtel and M1 fibre.

I don't see why you cannot have Starhub TV, Singtel TV and Android TV all together in the same house.

No you cannot. Samsung smart TV supports Toggle, SingTel Cast, Netflix, Youtube, etc, but not Starhub Go. It is running Tizen is and not Android.

Starhub Go is mainly designed for mobile phone. It does support ChromeCast. So you can cast to your Samsung Smart TV by using Google ChromeCast dongles or official Android TV OS device like Mi Box S with built-in Chromecast 4k capability.

Another option is Starhub Go Streaming box. It runs an operator version of Android TV OS. So it is also able to install other apps. It also has built-in ChromeCast function.
