Check authentication and make sure is SIM. Make sure you select the correct SIM card.

If not just forget network and re-add again

Singtel Wifi might be no longer in use.

Refer to > https://www.singtel.com/personal/i/i...go/wireless-sg
(Note to customers with existing Wireless@SG accounts, IMDA with Singtel has launched enhanced methods of registering to Wireless@SG. Existing accounts will be deactivated by 31 December 2017.

To continue to enjoy seamless Wireless@SG, please either download the Wireless@SG App and perform a one-time setup on supported devices with Android, iOS and Windows 7 and above platforms.
Go to download the Wireless@SG App and a quick setup.
Once setup is completed, there is no login required.

Basically wireless@sg is operate by all Telco.
Each Telco do have its own list of hotspot and connection, if applicable.

IMDA is just a title name as support, feedback & hotspots are refer back to the Telco concern.
Support and Feedback for Wireless@SG

Checkout the list of hotspots > Wireless@SG Hotspot List - February 2018

SingTel Wi-Fi is different cos you experience a much, much faster speed. Esp if you streaming 1080p the diff is v obvious.

Wireless@sgx and Singtel WiFi tend to be broadcast from the same AP. Never had any issue with streaming videos on wireless@sgx speed test shows about 50mb up and down speed. Should be the same for Singtel WiFi

yah, singtel wifi is only for singtel mobile n fibre customers only...

for mobile, their sim card auto connect straight to Singtel Wifi, which is much faster than wireless@sgx...

for fibre customer, nid to activate singtel wifi acc then just log in once with ur credentials n ur device will auto-connect liao

smt outside when u wana stream soccer, darn fast n no lag at all...
