Hi all,

Came across an interesting problem.

When I use the router in question with the ont, it works fine if I reset it and I get full 1 Gbps like bandwidth on speed tests.

Any setting I change keeps it that way except for 1.

With QOS off (naturally), if I change the static IP address of the router from default 192.168.1.1 to say 192.168.1.100, immediately my bandwidth for downloads stays capped at 215 mbps.

Internally the router seems to be a layer 3 switch router with 5 ports.

WAN interface is in one vlan and the 4 Lan ports are in another vlan. When the IP address of the router is changed, something seems to be causing it to cap the download speeds.

I am using merlin. Latest FW. Tried with a few other older merlin FW.. Same issue.

Anyone else seeing something similar?
