Just select a port forwarding server and input the port assigned to you in your torrent app. Nothing special. Check their support page to see which gateways support torrenting.
According to their customer service, all servers support it.

Using a VPN service is great for that warm sense of security that comes from knowing your online activity is hidden from view. Unfortunately, even the most stable connections occasionally ‘fail’ (disconnect from the VPN server). When this happens, the data packets are usually just routed through you ISP as normal, leaving your activity exposed. This can be particularly dangerous for people who leave BitTorrent clients running while they are away from their computers, as it means that trackers can be used to identify who they are, and what they are downloading.

My view is if the seedbox providers don't use no-log vpn, it is just as bad as you climbing BT yourself, because it is traceable and the seedbox can rat you out if they're under pressure. I'm not aware of any seedboxes advertising that they use vpn...

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Seedbox plus vpn is safest.

But I think vpns are safer, seedbox keep your stuff in them, in the event that they get raided or subpoenaed, all your downloaded laundry sitting out in the open. Seedboxes give you awesome speeds though.

Vpns only know where the connection came from and where it's going, they don't keep track of the actual content going through.

I think so too. At the moment, Astrill provides me with better speeds than a few others, but if another service can match Astrill in speed and provides anonymous sign up, I'll jump ship.

Not all, check the support page. Also you need to turn on port forwarding in the app and get the port.

i asked the cso to unlock all the servers for me to try. then i used the programme's built in speed test, the fastest server for p2p i.e. servers with the asterisk* (i think is is us los angeles) is only 300kb/s+. i didnt open bt to try the speed though.

That speedtest not accurate, u need to do the actual test. Give these servers a try: Seattle, Phoenix 2, San Francisco
