I have tried purevpn and expressvpn and both cannot be configured successfully using my DLink DIR-890L as only hostnames will work instead of IP address. My Dlink router only accepts ip addresses...i am trying to provide vpn for all my home devices that is streaming netflix

You can open command prompt and enter Tracert <hostname> it should show you the IP address.

Anyone knows if hardware accelerated cryptography for AES-NI enabled routers (e.g. Asus ac86u) depend on your own router settings or the VPN server settings?

I know some have tried on Pia but don't know about other services... I use Astrill at present

AES-NI is useful for openVPN type of VPNs

Hi guys,

I am a total noob. I want to get a vpn so I can stream Netflix USA, any good ones to recommend? Thanks!!!
So far I tried Norsvpn and Astrill.
Astrill has best performance for Netflix streaming but cost more than other VPN providers.
