I am in China now, will be here for a while, having issues surfing.

Which is the most value for money option i have, in terms of easy to use vpn setup, just install and hassle free, not too technical.

Regards
I used OverPlay when I was in China. These days my own OpenVPN at home is sufficient to go around Great China Firewall in various tier2 & 1 cities.

I'm not sure where you stay in, but beijing's firewall is tighter than other cities, try out the providers before you commit. And since you've live in china for a while, you can buy and try from taobao too, it costs $1-$2 SGD per month.

i am using UnoTelly free trial now and works fantastic with my fibre connection! Only need to change the dns servers and you are all set. Only email address is needed for 7 days trial offer, highly recommend it to those who are interested to watch netflix hulu iplayer services etc.

UnoDNS™ - Watch Netflix USA, Hulu, Pandora, BBC iPlayer, and more in anywhere you live!
which provider you are on ?

did you configure the primary and secondary dns from your router? the ip address isnt meant to be changed, the destination site you reaching like hulu should detect you as a US user

UnoTelly DNS: do you frequently need to update IP address?

Example close the Firefox browser and later start Firefox again, need to update IP address.

Need to install UnoHelper the IP updater? On Win 7 and ADSL.

By the way Netflix video quality is not very good. VCD quality?

update ip address is yes and no, if on dynamic ip, you always need to update ip address, if on static ip you do not need to update ip address

Netflix, Hulu all dependent on your speed if your speed is not there then it wont show HD, theres settings inside hulu and netflix that you can configure the quality you want to watch at

I turn on ADSL modem only when I need to use it. When the modem connects to ISP, the IP address will be the same for the entire session until I turn it off right? Or the IP address will keep changing during the connection?
