Has anyone did a speed test on their M1 500mbs recently. I haven't done this for a long time, since I am going to recontract, did a final test and was shock to get the below speed. Seems like they revert me back to 300mbs. I am on 1 Gps wired ethernet.

Just a quick update. Factory reset the router, and the speed is back to normal. That is after checking with M1 technical helpline, and confirm direct modem to PC no problem.

May I ask that for the DNS pair of your IPv4, are they of default values ? While on IPv6, some of the websites don't load properly until I change something.

How is m1 so far? Thought of jumping ship from vq.
In terms of speed, customer service and etc . How is everything?

Sent from Samsung SM-N975F using GAGT

Speed maintains gigabit most of the time less peak hours when it dips but is definitely above 500mbps and for customer service I have never had to contact them during my 6~ years with them

I switch from Vq to m1.

Speed good for me (not into gaming. Just YouTube, Netflix and windows update download) . For vq sometimes the video on YouTube and Netflix load 360p. Didn’t see this on m1.

CSO support never use in my 3 years because never have issue. No chance to call unlike VQ.

Ex VQ customer . Now using M1 as well for few years. No complains and good steady speed.
