Singtel Mio TV with Netgear Orbi

Need some help to set up Orbi for Singtel IPTV. Managed to get the internet up and running after setting the VLAN tagging. However, can't seem to get the IPTV to go on although I have set the VLAN at 20 and Priority 4. Any advice, pls? Many thx in advance.

There are only 3 ports in the Orbi router, but the satellite has 4 ports. Will swapping the satellite over for the router do the trick? Can try this later.

Then swap it to port 3? Usually it's port specific and manufacturers like to put it as last port.

If it's still not working, then u might need to reboot your orbi and try again..

Did this work in the end?

Btw, does using the orbi as a router instead of just an Access Point for Singtel provide anything extra? I'm assuming that connection speed when plugging the Orbi (as AP) through the Singtel wifi router won't really see much deterioration.

To set up a bridge for a VLAN tag group:

Launch web browser from a mobile device that is connected to your router’s network.
Enter orbilogin.com.
A login window opens.
Enter the router user name and password.
The user name is admin. The default password is password. The user name and password are case-sensitive.
The BASIC Home page displays.
Select ADVANCED > Advanced Setup > VLAN/Bridge Settings.
Select the Enable VLAN/Bridge Group check box.
The page expands.
Select the radio button.
The selection expands.
Click the Add button.
The Add VLAN Rule page displays.
Name. IPTV
Internet VLAN ID. 10
Internet VLAN Priority. 0
IPTV VLAN ID (Astro). 20
IPTV VLAN Priority. 4
Specify the following settings:
Click the Add button.
The VLAN tag group is added.
Click the Apply button.
Your settings are saved.
