Singtel ONR to Asus Router

My family recently upgraded our Singtel Fibre Plan to the 2GBps plan.

As part of the upgrade, the Optical Network Terminal was replaced with an Optical Network Router. As a result, I am no longer able to use my Asus RT-AC87U.

Strangely, my Xbox One can no longer unable download any content from Xbox Live. I am able to surf and stream any content but I cannot seem to download any applications on Xbox Live. A look at the Xbox Wireless Diagnostic Page shows a download speed of 0mbps but an upload speed to 330 mpbs. It also says IPv4.

I would like to ask if anyone has any experience linking their ASUS routers with the Singtel ONR?

i have singtel onr connected to asus rt-ac86u and practically just plug and play no issue at all. let see previously you are using ONT with rt-ac87u so meaning you have VLAN setting for it. if you have that remove it and choose everything to automatic. setting VLAN with ONR will not work with not just asus but any other brand of router. by doing so you probably end up with ONR having in the 192.168.1.xxx domain and your asus router working in the 192.168.2.xxx domain. you still can access the ONR login at
