Starhub - Broadband Activation complaint!

The starhub call centre and their interest to help you is getting to my nerves!

My OpenNet installation done, Starhub connection done and the dreaded red light appears on the wifi router. There is a BIG promise that the red light would magically turn green in 2 hours time.. and its 72 hours done and the red light still keeps staring at me! I call starhub 3 times each time they say they will call me back with an update as it would be fixed in 2 hours time! well... i hear nothing back! I call again and after the 15-16 minutes of hearing the nonsense "our support guys are busy" tone, and various rounds of validation to prove I have a problem with my connection (why would some crook call on my behalf to complain that I have activation issues on my broadband!)!

The problem is still not resolved, and I am yet to hear a call back to give me any update. Absolutely pathetic! i am now worried about the service since i am tied with them for 2 years!

Resolved....

Just an hour after I posted... starhub calls and gets it resolved! Wow.. do they read HWZ? :)
