Hi guys
i am experiencing some issues with my fibre broadband
there are a couple of website that i cant access to both from my computer on direct connection and my ipad/phone through wireless

one of the site is actually renotalk
i tried adding https:// infront and it loads halfway

have already done the resetting of modem, shut off wait 10s thing that starhub technical support always advise
for some reason they said it a computer issue which annoys me and the ipad&mobile issue is likely down to poor wifi connection:s22:

there are no issues if i use my mobile data to surf on my phone

are there any bros here who experienced the same and managed to resolve it?

You already said direct and wireless having issue accessing website. Should be an issue on starhub side. Try on another ISP, if it works then its starhub problem. The tech support is just ********ting you.

hello guys
many thanks for your suggestions

I had been running direct connection via a router
just tried to run it directly and it still is not working

Im running on firefox now and interestingly the forum kinda loads when i manually input https:// infront but with a yellow padlock next to the address bar indicating that connection not secure

I actually installed <https everywhere> add-on and the results is the same
