Place it closer.
Each node is quite weak in coverage.

In any case, something else is not right and it can't be the mesh network.... Because it's just too simple to get it working, there's nothing else to configure - assuming it has been reset just to be sure there are no old settings on it.
The issue is due to partly separate by a wall.
Most walls are thick and may cause weak signal to pass thru.
Hence this may cause the signal to be weaken further.

Should not be any issue.
Exclusive deal means the distributor favour one ISP instead.
Can get from other sources.
It will work with most routers.

No, it will not work for Singtel
Google wifi do not have vlan tagging support
Base on Google explaination , If you’re creating a mesh network with multiple Wifi points, your Primary Wifi point cannot be in Bridge mode.

Since your are with Singtel, it is advisable that you go with Singtel Airties mesh system.

Possibly, but the speeds you're getting are way too low

The client connecting to the node that says you're getting only 5Mbps, how far away is your client from this particular node?

Alternatively, just leave the primary Singtel provisioned router as-is.

Just use the mesh system that rides on the main router - i.e. via wired connection. So yes, you'll still need to deal with dual wireless networks, but one can choose to use the Wi-Fi from just the mesh unit.

The User need to rearrange the Goggle Wifi available sets.
That is using the other Google Wifi sets to pass the WiFi signal.
Instead of just one direct signal which encountered the wall.
The other issue may lies in the router as firmware update could have better wifi signal.
This is true as when i update Dlink dir868l firmware the wifi signal improved a lot, as confirmed by Dlink tech support.

Your rooms are so called surrounding the living room. Unless you are requiring wifi even to your bathroom.

Depends how you lay. If you want to save $$. Mount 1 on the ceiling in the middle.

Don't need mesh. Just 1 powerful router near the TV console towards the bedroom.
