Unhappy Unstable Wifi Mesh connection

Has been using default Singtel AC router and paired with 2 Airties 4920 mesh system that came with Singtel broadband plan for awhile now. Recently it's been acting weird as sometimes it'll show "no internet connection" then with the dinosaur icon when connected to one of the mesh system. Does anyone know what exactly happen? anything i can do to fix it without buying new repeater/mesh?

Test it without the mesh first to isolate source of the problem.

Okay, in that case, get the unit replaced if still covered under warranty. Else, can consider more capable mesh system that's available on the market.

The other possibility is that you are using the mesh wrongly. A lot of users mistakenly place the mesh nodes too far apart. This causes the connection between the nodes to be weak and unable to maintain a stable network.

I'm thinking maybe it's the placement problem but the signal are really weak. Do you have any cheap and good mesh to recommend? preferably under $150 but under $100 would be even better

Mesh needs a line of sight. Perhaps try to shift the placement first

Currently my main mesh (connected to router) and the second mesh is in line of sight, but there's a sofa in the middle. Just a sofa.
