IPad Air on its 9.3.1 or 9.3.2 - Any Complaints/Issues

Hi All. Need advice. My iPad Air is still on IOS8. 3. Does anyone here has an iPad Air and has already updated to the latest OS? May I know if you face any major issues or complaints? And does the latest OS slows down the performance of the device? Would appreciate any advice please. Thank you.

Try reset network settings, General - Reset - Reset network settings, wont delete any of your data.
