Note 4 acting as hotspot for iPad Air 1

Hi, need some advise here.

I can't use my Note 4 to act as hotspot for my iPad Air. It always says failed to connect to the network. It didn't even allow me to key in the password. Previously, I don't have such issues with my Note 2. It can detect my Note 2 and connect immediately.

I have also added my iPad Air as an allowed device in my note 4.

Don't think its band related issue, iPad air support both 2.4 and 5, just try to restart both phones and make sure you have security on your note 4 (wep or WPA2 etc.) Then you will see password input.

Thanks, everyone. I managed to get the solution already. Just reset the network settings only
