i just bought the 16g wifi + 3g. i'm awaiting its arrival either tomorrow or monday.

galacticnick, why did you ordered yours? what's the delivery status like?

i ordered on 7 oct but it's still stuck at transit :/

Refurb at 778.
I bot mine brand new at 818.
Difference of 40 i think its negligible.

galacticnick, why did you ordered yours? what's the delivery status like?

i ordered on 7 oct but it's still stuck at transit :/
i ordered it at the same time as you did. it's now in singapore (has been since yesterday afternoon), but according to the tnt website, it's experiencing some delay.

I bot mine brand new at 818.
Difference of 40 i think its negligible.
every penny counts, for some people.

what's the difference between a new one and a refurbished set? are there any down points about the refurbished one?

Tot apple prices are controlled? Why they can sell cheaper n how to check if their stocks are brand-new?

So it works out to a discount of $70. Worth it? Any way to check on its condition first?

refurb is preused but serviced. so it will work like a new set but the exterior might have dings on it. so far all the refurbs I seen, look just as good as a new piece.

IIRC, according to Apple website, they change the casing, the batt.
They run every testes & QC is the same as the New build sets.
