Warranty issue with ipad2

Warranty issue with ipad2

If i were to a brand new ipad 2 from one of the seller here, how will the warranty takes effect?
From the day the seller bot the ipad 2? or?
if that is the case, do i need to request for the receipt?
pl advise. ty

You can check at the apple website or ask for receipt if can is the best.

Sorry to jack your thread.....but i'm holding on to my ipad2 that was order online from www.apple.com.sg

And it's giving me some issue desipte serveral restore....i'm thinking of bring it down to service. Can some bro here kindly advice where to send it , and how does the warranty works ? Do they do a 1 to 1 replacement on the spot of required me to leave it there for a few days. ?

I was told that the warranty starts from the moment u register it in itune.

Warranty will start once the iPad left Apple store.
Unless got receipt to prove the later date..

i though too, warranty starts on your connection to itune.

I ordered 2 iPad before at different time from Apple Store and the
warranty start once Apple issue me the e-receipt which as also
the iPad shipped out date from Apple.
I received the iPad 2 days later..
