if no applecare but still within 1 year warranty, any issues should be fine right?

It’s impossible to do one to one exchange as sg only had the esim model. Buy export set is always a risk. But for changing of battery, should not be an issue if u bought Apple care as sg had the changing of battery service. Other type of issue which required one to one exchange, there’s no dual sim stock in sg to do the exchange.

Does not matter. There simply isnt any true dual sim model in SG with any parts to replace here.

They can indent from HK but it can take 1 week or more to arrive or they will give you the option to swap to local set.

yeah understand for any dual sim parts or changes, likely cannot change here in SG. but for all other not related believe can.

indention and wait is still fine, rather than sending it ur self to HK again which is quite a hassle.

So itís not like you be stuck with a spoilt HK iPhone XS right . Then itís still safe to buy a HK phone. Just have to have an extra spare phone to standby in the worst case

The motherboard is one whole piece together. So if one sensor or chip fry means whole board change. That includes the Sim part as well.

Yeah all your choice if you okay with waiting then I Guess why not.

BTW, they have the rights on not helping to indent at all.

Everything is within apple's control.

I believe provided SG is selling that model, otherwise they will shipped back for you and I'm not sure do u have to pay for the shipping unless u got Applecare+.
