iphone 8 plus and iphone X do not charge to 100%

hi,

anyone encounter using direct cable charging of iphone 8 plus and iphone X

only like 60 % or 80% then it stopped

was reading a book late last night and found this

also notice that my iphone X when reach 80% keep vibrating as i set it to silent and then it never continue to charge

cable problem is not likely as iphone 8 plus also dont seem to charge to full

i tried to reset both phone and it seems the same

anyone encounter same problem ?

one is a dual usb innergie adaptor, one port is charging ipad while the other is charging iphone X,

already swap them around, same ipad fully charged but iphone X maybe 84 % it vibrate few times and then stop charging,

another is anker 5 port usb charging, apple watch, erato charging case, fitbit ionic , iphone 8 plus and sometime ps vista or nintendo 3XL

swap to other ports too but also charge like 50 % or 80% then stop

because when in the morning, plug out, omg, not 100%,

i also close all apps when i plug in to charge,

so other than phone itself, what could be faulty ?

software ?

now i switch on low power mode and see if it can fully charge overnight

but if that is the case then it is a bug right ?

previously no such problem
