Iphone XS max camera glass cracked issue

Anyone encounter this? Glass cracked without reason. Saw apple forum many user experience this issue.

How did you place your phone normally? At back pocket or somewhere else? Maybe it got hit without you realising?

Anyone encounter this? Glass cracked without reason. Saw apple forum many user experience this issue.

TS how did you solve your issue?

my iphone xs max camera lens also cracked with no drop and in a mous case.

thankfully the crack will not affect the photos or flash and i have applecare+ too

so i will just continue using it =/

Apple care don’t cover cracked glass?

TS how did you solve your issue?

my iphone xs max camera lens also cracked with no drop and in a mous case.

thankfully the crack will not affect the photos or flash and i have applecare+ too

so i will just continue using it =/

go get it assessed at apple store
xs max still a current new model

that microphone hole could have weaken the glass
glass protector available too

probably your phone is with keys. if you have ac+, should be quite cheap to replace.

The microphone hole ad the flash hole is very near, probably weakened when they did the drilling/cutting of the holes. If the small imperfections are there already, it does not take much for it to propagate into a bigger crack.
