They need to improve, other bank I call instantly update for me and instantly send me sms OTP to my new number, ask me verify via SMS OTP into their hotline verification service, which was done in 5 mins. SCB still need 2 working days for them to process and call me back, so troublesome!
the OTP was stupid. then there was this period i couldn't go onto my token because the text OTP had issues or something, then they told me wait a few days so they change my access to token OTP.

on a random note: ApplePay works without cellular network also. With cellular network, you will receive a notification of your charge; when without you will just receive as long as you connect to the net.

Oh, that mean they slow, other banks already start today yet Citbank still don't know when. Just wow! Indeed Citibank US and SG huge difference, 100% inequality

i doubt the CSO would know a thing bah. their backend will need to do some adjustments. and if they are confident, they would have let Apple put their label on Apple's site.

remember how long this 5 banks' cocktease was around on Apple Pay's site?

according to the ST article, it says the foreign banks need to upgrade some back-end system that takes time.

surprisingly, because i thought that citibank would have quite a large customer base on CCs.

Keep in mind that if you have multiple cards in the Apple wallet, the last used card is the default card. If want to change it, need to go back into wallet and select other cards and make a payment, then the default card will change.

press your finger on the home button?
