*Official* Klook Guide

Since many are asking about Klook JR pass, here is one where we can all pool our knowledge together. Will also share Disney/Robot Restaurant booking...
I used it for my Japan trip in April 2018.

So you go to Klook to book the tix.
There is no need to collect the physical Exchange note. They will send you an email confirming your tix purchase and an attachment that shows the following, (edit: as some members have pointed out, there is a need to collect physical tickets and only in my case, JR East Tohoku Area Pass, then can get the e-voucher, my apologies for the wrong information.)

So just print this out and exchange for your physical pass in Japan at the airport.

To activate your Japan Rail Pass, please go to any JR office(we took 30-45mins to collect as there was a long queue). They are spread through most Japanese Airports, such as Narita and Haneda. You can also find them at all the main train stations, located across the country. You can activate it and book your seats if you are sure of when you will be taking the train, so you can reserve seats in advance at the counter as well.
With all the luggages, I highly recommend you book a seat or you might need to stand for a long time, especially during peak hours. But most of the time, it's easy to find seats.

Also note that the pass is valid for flexible or non-flexible dates.
Flexible meaning you can use it on any day you prefer.
e.g. mine is a 5 day flexible pass so I can use it on
Mon, Wed, Thurs, Saturday, Sunday instead of straight consecutive 5 days.

Also, another tip, sometimes you can just show the pass and went through the gate without chopping! Because you need to chop to consume that day's pass, so if you are lucky, the officer might not notice and just let you pass.
I was lucky in that I managed to use the pass for a whole day without the chop, thus didn't consume 1 day.

More to come when free, I also booked Disney and Robot Restaurant with Klook. Do take note of their offer. Like $18 off next purchase, and split out your booking instead of booking all things together.

Others, feel free to add in your experience with Klook.
Can also check out ChangiRecommend. The prices sometimes is cheaper there.

For Klook, After completing the purchase, how long do they take to send you the email?

Does Changirecommends also send the exchange voucher via email?

Klook quite immediate for receipt. Some of the updates(actual voucher aka ticket) takes a few days.

Can't remember for Changirecommend. I rented their wifi device only but bad experience.
Other things should be ok.

No wor, mine is still valid, just they forgot to chop only. Get caught is chop for the day only. I'm not gonna risk it.
Mine is flexible dates. Any 5 days.

Best to give a week window. Don't cut too close.
