degree finishing in 2.5 years. now doing N5. planing to at least clear N4 by the time i grad.
after that, i wanna work in JP.(more specifically, tokyo)
any idea if the Kansai Thru Pass can be used for the following in Rokko:
1. bus from Hankyu Rokko Station to Rokko Cable Car Station
2. Rokko Sanjo bus on Mt Rokko
u need at least N2 or N1 to work in Tokyo.
N1 passing rate: 1 in 4 pass
N2 passing rate: 1 in 3 pass

at most i try to rush to N3.
but assuming i cant make it to tokyo, other parts of japan need that high level? (osaka, nagoya, sapporo)?

No minimum N2, no job. Other parts of Japan as well. N2 is deemed to have the basics of surviving in Japan without any much issues.
