Hi,

does anyone know of the Takuhaibin Delivery Services? was thinking whether i am able to ask them to deliver my luggage from one airbnb to another airbnb.
as i will be travelling to hakone for 1 day trip with 2 kids on the 23 march, not easy to bring along 2 luggages. Am i able to use this service to collect luggage on the 22 and deliver to another airbnb on the 24?
u will need someone to receive ur luggage at the other airbnb. check with ur airbnb host whether he can receive the luggage for u, or arrange for the luggage to be delivered after ur check-in time

Ah yes, I'm talking about serious sickness, how serious for it to be considered serious?

my comprehension not that good, so please forgive me for asking.

the above means as long as got MC from GP means can cancel already? even if small thing like flu or headache. Do i need to get a MC which states i'm not fit for travelling? Because usually MCs write not fit for school/work.
Diarrhoea and vomiting due to food poisoning can be an example. My relative managed to claim some years ago. Not sure which insurance from which company though.

Do the restaurants or train station accept 10k yen
I dun have small change
Train station no problem, small restaurants if slow business that day, they might not have sufficient change if you're just getting one bowl of noodles - happened to me some time back at nrt while waiting to transit to cts.

Hi,

I am looking to book a year end trip either in November this year, looking at 10 days just at tokyo, to let my children (below 10 years old) play with snow, or some simple snow activities, not too far away from tokyo.

May i know if any snow resort in japan will have snow (articifical snow included) in November?

I read about Gala yuzuwa, seems like only open in december.

Yeti snow resort seems to be opened in November though.

Any Gurus can help to enlighten where is the nearest from tokyo to experience snow playing?

Thanks!

u can try this snow town yeti:
"It is notable as one of only two ski resorts found on Mount Fuji (the other is Fujiten), and because it is the first snow resort in Japan to open each season (around mid October with man made snow)."

I have not been there though.

Day 1 - Osaka
Osaka Castle
Dotonbori (Night Life/ Dining)

Day 2 - Osaka
Osaka Station City
Tenjinbashi-suji (Shopping Street and Tenmangu Shine)
Amerikamura (Shopping District)

Day 3 - Osaka
Minoo Park (Hiking)

Day 4 - Kyoto
Day trip to Kyoto
Fushimi Inari Shrine
Nishiki Market
Maybe Pontocho for Dining

Day 5 - Hakone
Stay at Ryokan (Hot Springs)

Day 6 - Tokyo
Shibuya
Harajuku

Day 7 - Tokyo
Disneyland

Day 8 - Tokyo
Asakusa
Tokyo Skytree
Akihabara

Day 9 - Tokyo
Shinjuku
Back to SG

For my trip thinking to get the JR pass, seems more worth it. Any suggestion on how to further improve this?

Also for Hakone, any recommended Ryokan to recommend?

Planning to go in the early Nov period.

Thanks

is ur flight arriving in Osaka and departing from Tokyo? if so, it is not going to be worth it to get the JR pass coz u are making only 1 trip on the shinkansen between Osaka and Tokyo.

Arriving in Osaka, departing from Tokyo.

But visiting Kyoto and Hakone, so thought the JR pass will be more worth it?
