how do you say "Can I have a look at this?" when buying things?
I had trouble asking this when I went 2 weeks ago and asked to look through books before buying.

To me, it translates to "(the feeling of) Wanting to look, is there any problem?"

Definitely is strange Japanese. What dimitri mentioned is the best.

How do you say 'sold out', 'out of stock'? Is it '"inai"?
