Just a check, Should i schedule both disney for my kids? Or is it recommended to go just 1?

Just 1 is good enough. Disneyland has more attractions for the young ones.

Tokyo disneyland is the classic disneyland with lots of rides for kids.

However, if you enjoy theme parks, disneysea is pretty amazing. There are lots of shows, and some unique rides there. Soaring just opened and in a couple of years, there will be a 'frozen' land.

Disneyland more suitable for young kids.

Some rides in Disneysea have height limits so less things to play for your kids.

Avoid snow White ride in disneyland. It's scarier than haunted mansion.

Dealing with kids, do plan ahead on how to return back to the hotel. Ideally is to stay around there as your kids will be very tired and the station will be quite packed (not rush hour packed though). You can also try Disney good neighbour hotel that provides complimentary buses to and fro.
