Air asia at Inchon

anyone taken Air Asia to Korea? how strict is Air Asia with the 7kg carry-on baggage during check-in at Inchon? do they weigh everything?

taken Air Asia to Taiwan and the check-in staffs at Taoyuan are pretty flexible.
