Currently staying at an apartment at Myeongdong, 2 min walk from Myeongdong exit 3. Need password to access into building & room. We are staying at 2nd floor. Room is clean & spacious for couple. Plenty of space to open up two 28 inch & two 20 inch luggages with amble space to walk around. Damage is abt $64 per nite. Too bad their apartment had been booked by other traveller, guess I have to look for other apartment for our Nov trip.

Stayed at Hotel MIDO Myeongdong before. Iirc about $30 to $40 SGD per night for 2 super single bed. Affordable and near train station. Plus they provide decent breakfast every morning for free at the common pantry area. Booked through Expedia or something similar as it is more of a family business hotel so no website.

Why not Hongdae area? Tons of guesthouse there and that area is bustling with crowd be it shopping or dining.
