For teochew style , imperial treasure fine teochew is nice, slightly prefer the branch at tanjong pagar over the ion one.

East ocean is awesome too. The aunties are friendly, informal old school style. Weekend dim sum menu has bigger selection but more packed, walk-in need to wait.

Tsui Wah for their Condensed Milk Bun

Tried the Imperial Teochew @ Ion. Not very impressed honestly and I was expecting much better lor for their braised dishes.

East Ocean is ok and I usually purchase their fish skin during CNY.
