For marutama, the rest of the outlets (Eu Tong Sen/Liang Court/Killiney Road) are fine?

How's the meat at marutama?

I like takeichi's soup better and tori King's meat better

I like Marutama's chashu & kakuni and the aosa (sea lettuce) that they serve with the Zenbu Nose ramen.

In terms of tori-based broth, I also prefer Takeichi's over the other two.

... how about the ramen stores in bugis+ ? are those recommendable stores ?

Ramen Champion? There are better ramen offerings out there.

I only go to Ramen Riki at Ramen Champion for his jiro-style ramen. Plenty of beansprouts and chashu.

@kani king
ordered the all toppings, but they forgot my charsiu :s22:
the charsiu here is the best among all their outlets I have tried.
the broth has a very strong crab taste, but I don't really like it as it has fine bits of ginger, which I hate

it does, and the 'special' gives more slices.
I reminded them and they gave it to me

the Bankara Ramen we went to their branch at the Siam Paragon, unfortunately we didn't find it fantastic. i also had hard time grating the garlic using that gadget.

the gyozas we ordered also tasted frozen..

Taste is subjective ba..

S$7.80++ for the mini version. The broth is on the lighter side. Noodles are yellow Chinese style, don't really like. :(
