I guess so. The broth is quite similar to what you had last time.

The broth is so intensively rich that i finished everything. Their chashu is awesome also.

My experience is the char Siew is very disappointing, stringy and overcooked
Ramen and soup is good though

Nicest ramen is char siew ramen from men men don don at Tampines century square basement. Their char siew the best, tender and they give a lot. All the rest of the expensive ramen shops are selling their brand and garlic oil only

Buta Kin @ Beauty World Food Court.

S$6.90 for their special tonkotsu ramen. The chashu here is pretty good.

Takagi Ramen @ Blk 721 Ang Mo Kio Ave 8

S$7 + S$1 for chashu-men. Much better than the one i had previously at their Bukit Timah Campus outlet.

Dinner at Menya Takeichi (Suntec City). Another Menya chain from Japan.

Tori based broth. Toppings consist of poached chicken breast (similar to Brothers ramen), seared chicken thighs, and chicken meatballs. No chashu.
Broth less intense in flavour and smell compared to Marutama's. Tend to find Marutama's broth has a strong fowl smell.

Sen likes this.

I liked the ramen and chicken toppings. Rice bowl, not as much.
Will make a return trip to try their Shio variant.
