Spoiler!

The pork odour taste is very obvious ...
Had the same ramen at their CHIJMES' branch during the promo, paid extra for the ajitama & additional chashu. Broth thick & creamy, but does not taste too porky. But dried sardine(fish) taste comes out a little stronger in the broth.

Will go try their TP branch for comparison.

I'm currently in loved with Yoshimaru's Spicy Yuzu ramen. The soup stock has a very unique twist with chilli oil and Yuzu citrus taste. It's located somewhere near Holland Village, can't remember the exact location name.

I've eaten once at Ikkousha at TP. Personally, I felt that they didn't taste anything like the Ikkousha at Ramen Champion in the past. The TP stall tasted very generic tonkotsu and not very good as well compared to the smoky aroma I had in the past associated with them.

After having a bowl there, I had burps for the rest of the day that stank of their soup. Something couldn't digest properly.

[MICHELIN EXCLUSIVE] We go behind the scenes with the world's only Michelin-starred ramen shop, Japanese Soba Noodles Tsuta, to find out what goes into the signature Shoyu Ramen that earned the 9-seater ramen eatery one star in the 2016 Michelin Guide Tokyo - and why chef-owner Yuki Onishi has chosen to launch his first global foray in Singapore in October 2016. The Singapore restaurant, an 18-seater, will open at Pacific Plaza on 9 Scotts Road.

I am sure the queue gonna be horrible. Unless people chop chop eat and go.

Kajiken @ Orchid Hotel, Tanjong Pagar.

Mazesoba Nagoya style dry ramen @ S$13.80 (Ubereats)

After stirring~ First time trying out dry ramen & actually liking it. The thick chewy noodle set it apart from the other local dry noodles.
