How was it?
IMO, all the ramen I had in SG all cmi, including Michelin Starred Tsuta (which is actually soba, altho it tasted like ramen to me)

Definitely not the same!
Soba is buckwheat noddles.
Ramen is wheat noodles.

Can't go wrong with Nantsuttei.
Chashu is too tough, noodles a tad alkaline. My all time favourite is still ramen keisuke four seasons, can't find anything that beats it in Singapore.

Actually what wacky mentioned is correct as in Japanese context.

You're not totally wrong also.

Another new ramen place @ Suntec. Surprisingly nice & refreshing for a non tonkotsu based broth. Prices are very reasonable too.
