Went for sunday brunch at westin yesterday. If you are someone who like seafood then i think very worth it. Coz they got lobster crayfish oyster crabs on the seafood station. But the sashimi is pathetic coz only got salmon. The hot food is so so and not alot of variety. For 58++ i think cannot find a better Sunday brunch at this price.

Is there an ongoing promotion for this? Seems like a good price

Edge should fit your budget and the restaurant has different themes on different days. They have various sitting arrangements too. Many varieties of food to choose from.

The Line is also not bad but pricier. It too have different themes for the week like Marine Harvest etc... That time I went, they have whole roast suckling pig and a huge roast of beef.

Wok Up An Appetite” @ Seasonal Tastes

Date. Sat 25 Nov

4. *only onz if can get 4 pax*

Was told that the usual seafood on ice like lobsters, sashimi n meat carving will still be available in the buffet spread.

Fall in love with bold-flavoured Cantonese dishes whipped up by Executive Sous Chef Yeo Eng Woon. Expect nourishing Cantonese slow-boiled soups, traditional braised dishes such as Braised Beef Brisket & Tendon with Radish, Braised Fresh Fish with Pork Belly & Golden Garlic, and the must-have Wok-fried Mud Crab & Glass Noodles with XO Sauce. Chef Yeo, who was trained by Hong Kong chefs in Cantonese restaurants, brings his favourite Cantonese dishes to the buffet repertoire that will also include popular dishes such as Fried Sweet & Sour Pork Ribs, Salt Baked Chicken, and Steamed Blue Crab with Egg & Shaoxing Wine, on rotational basis.

SGD88++ per person | SGD44++ per child

Unagi sushi, heard good things about the sweet prawns, yellow tail/swordfish sashimi if you have not tried them before.
