I also wanna know. Place looks nice. However, according to their website, seems like they only have heritage dim sum buffet now, all local stuff ... dunno why the DBS site mentioned dinner buffet. Have to call to ask

If you have Muslims guests, that's the best which they can get. If not, there are loads of better alternatives.

its decent, don't expect too much..

their refill of food is pretty slow as they don't expect much people eating at that time.

Imo, Carousel offers the best halal buffet.

Even for non Halal buffet, i feel tat Carousel is 1 of the better few along w colony n edge ... of cos tats if you're willing to pay.

@ -Synchronicity-, can share a couple of the better alternatives?

I tink its decent for the price (i went when they had the discount from Maybank, think its 3 pay 2). Not sure if it is better than the popular quality hotel one though.

They recently started selling vouchers on FAVE @ abt $12 i think. Not sure if this will affect the quality of the food served though.

Imo, carousel just not justify the price which you are paying for. Only reason why I think it's decent is because when compared to the other halal buffets, carousel is miles ahead with their food choices.

I can't recommend much since I'm a meat lover so will usually go for brazillian churrasco/Japanese wagyu buffets. For international selections, maybe cafe 2000, and edge?

Semi-buffet at Shangri-La

If you love hawker dishes, The Lobby Lounge at Shangri-La has a good mix of hawker food:
