Not good lei this amuse buffet.
No beef on the day we went.
Flower crabs not fresh at all as meat was mushy.
Prawns was big, not bad. Chicken wings not bad.
Got a mala xiang guo dish which is not well done. No mala taste, just a lot of oil.
Dessert selection is very limited and not tasty.
Fruits not top up.
The prawn noodle soup was okok.

For the 1 to 1 price ok la.
But if top up 10 dollars more, a lot of much better deals.
Hi any better deals to intro ?

Can consider Shin Minori for Japanese buffet.

Sashimi is generously cut and portion.

Whenever i head there, itís sashimi + shisamo

For decadent buffet - goji kitchen & bar @ bangkok marriott marquis queen's park

For value buffet - momo cafe's lunches

For the view - baiyoke sky *lots of tourists, so be prepared. suggest the crystal grill @ lvl 82. Abt $6 more, but slightly less tourists n got bbq*

The carbs you don't finish they won't charge you. Unless you order something like the bread basket and take just 1...then I nothing to say.

Soft drinks refers to all other drinks except for fruit juice and alcoholic drinks. Not worth it imo as those drinks not worth the 10 bucks. The beer on the other hand is actually not bad as it's German food....which means everything goes well with their fantastic beer.

BTW I highly recommend you to go try their ala-carte with eatigo bookings for discounts. To try out their food and portion. Their buffet portion is the same as ala-carte. If you are not a big eater, chances are eatigo 50% bookings for their ala-carte might be more bang for your buck. Less then 30% just go their buffet as it's more worth it.

Intl buffets normally quite similar mah, just that you can expect better value n slightly different items for BKK buffets compared to SG ones. Eg, big head prawns which you dun usually find in SG buffets.

I was going to try this issan hotpot plus dishes buffet during my trip last month, but only to realise its closed down when i reach the place. Sigh. BKK eateries really come n go fast

Anyways, if you want something more unique, can try these :-

Sometimes not oozy enough but most of the time it's great. Bittersweet type of chocolate which goes well with their ice cream.

Hey any recommendation for Chinese ala carte / dim sum buffet for a sat or Sunday lunch? Budget would be max $50 per pax. Thank you!

Have UOB card if it helps..
