Dieting dun have to be hungry. Just stick to foods that will keep you from feeling hungry, eg whole meal breads, plus LOTS of water. You drink 1l of water, from hungry instantly become bloated (kidding, overdrinking water also not good). Just drink lots of water, have lots of soup and fruits at the start of meals.
