Hokay thankew. Just to point out, foie gras gotch goose liver and duck liver. Duck liver ish notch sho nice. Too gamy and notch as smooth. A lot cheaper too
I noe, rast rast time chiu alrdy explained to me le. forgotten liao meh? jialat reh, to forget wat others said ish steel mian qiang understandable, but to forget wat ownself said ish like ......
u mean chiur memory ish oso up till the previous dae de record nia?

So far got 5 stars hotel serving brunches with duck liver de meh? Tink Swordsman 1 bite can taste ish inferior stuffs liao!


Bar and Billiard serves foie gras? The last time I went, they didn't have it. Only notable thing they had was lobster. And I got bitten by mosquito

By the way, its the norm for restaurants (except for maybe higher end restaurants. Think Guy Savoy kind) in Singapore to serve duck foie gras rather than the exception.

SUANTHAI restaurant commenced business in November 2005 at 101 Killiney Road. SUANTHAI in English means 'Thai Garden'. The restaurant was set up by Mr. Steven See Tong, who was a General Manager with THANYING Group of restaurant. The entire kitchen team are all Thai and is helmed by Chef Rung Traiyan, who has several years of experience in Thai cuisine and assisted by Chef Sawadee Sakaoduan, who was a Head of Chef with THANYING restaurant.

hi guys, any one interested in the above vouchers? i have bought 3 for my friend who came back from overseas however he has left and we did not managed to meet up due to he was sick. intending to let go of them now.

please note that the vouchers are valid for everyday including weekends. valid until 15th april. please let me know asap. thanks

Not sure. Marriott one not as nice as mezza cos not seared n caramelised, but still creamy n smooth. So if mezza one is goose, then marriott should be the same. Basilico no idea, never eat there yet.

Yea, foie gras was shown when they featured bar n billard in buffelicious. What to do? Inflation.
Definitely will go, just dunno when only. You confirmed going braise on 3 apr?

Here are my pictures of last night makan outing at Si Chuan Dou Hua. Some of the pictures don't seem to be recorded in my memory card especially that super hot beef dish, which has everyone gulping water. Also I don't know the names of most of the dishes as I didn't do the ordering.
