Hmmm, next jap buffet, minoriya, on next wed 23 Mar, then the shin yuu on 17 apr.

Shin yuu long long, can see how things develop.

Minoriya one i will still go unless piggy n samba drops out. With so many sources of seafood nowadays, restaurants can change their source, at least for most items.

actually wrong...

after buffet, ate snow ice, then drink lime and sour plum juice, then go cafe drink peach soda, then share a portion of fish and chips with jadey, then eat durian.... and
molten chocolate lava cake.
walao u all jiak buffet finish still got stomach to go round 2???

lol ... in Sichuan, when they used the term 水煮, it acherly means a whole pot of chilli oil, not to be interpreted as water leh

dunno steel ruan ruan order, shd hv asked me mah!

I steel rmb many yrs back, I went to Geylang to jiak Sichuan mala steamboat with my fwen. Their steamboat de stock is very special, is 水煮魚. Hence the soup base is acherly tis pot of chilli oil with lotsa fish fillet inside. Shiok, nice & tender, not realli spicy until u all say liddat. My fwen likes it very much too.
LOL... i remember i kenna this 水煮魚 first time when i was in beijing some years ago... went to this chinese restaurant... all the menu in cheena one... saw this 水煮魚... if direct translate to english is "fish cooked in water" ... so tot is steamed fish... and my fren love steamed fish... so when ordered liao kenna stunned at the red pot of chilli oil.... moreover the fish jin boney... like every mouth of fish u take sure kenna some small bits and pieces of bones... in the end we left majority of the fish untouched...

Yes Guy Savoy is french and most well known for its Soupe d’artichaut a la truffe noire. Truffle oil is used in a lot of cooking actually. Eg. Gunthers use it for their angel hair pasta, Imperial Treasure Cantonese uses it for their scallops with Italian white truffle oil dish.
