Where you buy the beef from? From gourmet shop?
at novena square 2 level 4
they sell alot meat..i every week go there stock up beef
theres waygus, angus, grassfed and grainfed..

btw their beef is quite cheap compared to supermarket..
supermarket easy $4x/kg
$4x/kg can get angus beef at that shop

You got any tips on how to pan fry the beef? Are you using those special grill pan or just normal pan and what types of oil to use?

You got any tips on how to pan fry the beef? Are you using those special grill pan or just normal pan and what types of oil to use?
i just use stainless steel..but from what i read..ppl prefer to use iron type. intending to get one soon.
i think iron cook more even? i also dunno forget alrdy..
oil just use some sunflower oil can alrdy i guess
some ppl like use olive oil but very easy burn..
i still amateur

every single time i go past there i will go inside take a look, and everytime will be the same situation: i'm the only customer inside. good to see some other pple who likes that shop as well

yea..somehow it doesnt have much customer. i usually just buy and go cos alrdy plan buy how many slice..

1 is the generic menu and the other is crab.

Looking at the generic menu now, so I guess if is Grilled out night then this will apply on top of the normal menu:

Grill Station
Roast beef
Grilled tiger prawn
Whole poached salmon
Grilled vegetables
Grilled lobster

If Marine Harvest night:

Crustacean Station
Lobster
Pacific Rock Oyster
Crab Quarters
Poached Prawns
Mussels
Clams
Yabbies

PS: Why is the Whole poached salmon under grill section?

yep, the other one is kinda overkill for the seafood..
crab menu is really very crabby
