oh yes the sashimi looks good. The hot choc cake looks nice.

The dining room @ Sheraton Towers. Their beef is seriously good. I ate like 6 pieces Now still dreaming fondly of it.

Unfortunately it looked better than it tasted. Freshness so so nia. I was so excited when i saw the swordfish, but it tasted slightly fishy n lacked the rich oiliness i loved. Aquamarine's one still way way better.

Only the sweet prawns not bad. The clayfish also neither juicy nor sweet.

Seems like the buffet focus more on dessert. Should charge cheaper price for that.

Technically, you can do a lava cake or chocolate fondant at room temperature (if you consider that cold ) depending on the viscosity of your chocolate and how much butter you add in it. I have made chocolate fondants and put them in the fridge before and they have become, well, chocolate cakes, sans the molten choc
